Our building hosts about 350 people therefore we ask that you support our Allergy Awareness when sending food items to school. Cross-contimination is a risk in the classroom setting, and we do encourage intermediate students to demonstrate leadership at recess and lunch, and to be helping with younger students, therefore we ask that ALL families help to support our awareness. Specifically nuts ( peanut butter in particular ) are not recommended for snacks and lunches. Seafood, strawberries, and eggs are also allergies that families are dealing with. Please see the memo below from Fraser Health.
